Give Us A Shout is a crisis text line which is a free, confidential and 24 hour service.
Mind offers advice, support and information to people experiencing a mental health difficulty and their family and friends. Mind also has a network of local associations in England and Wales to which people can turn for help and assistance.

Mindline Trans+ is a confidential listening service for people who identify as trans, agender, genderfluid, and/or non-binary.
Mindline Trans+ is run by trans, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ people, and trans allies. The helpline is co-run by local mental health charities Bristol Mind and Mind in Taunton and West Somerset.
